The event

The aftermath

A friend of a friend sold this car to this man just a few weeks ago. Needless to say he was extremely happy.Accidents happen every day... this time to a Veyron.

Basically, he dropped his cell phone, and while bent over, was disoriented by a pelican (which he hit), and by the time he realized he was veering off the road, the mud had no grip, and he slid right into the lagoon.

Definitely a big "oops"

Apparently this man sells salvaged supercars, fixes them up, and sells them. And has the Eddie Griffin Enzo. No guesses on what he's going to do with this car.

Wow..simply wow. That is quite a sight to see. I would never have believed a story like that unless it was filmed and/or photographed.

Straight road, no traffic...poor pelican.

This is why you should never drive whilst using your mobile phone. Kind of funny, though.

"disoriented by a pelican ". that sounds quite surrealistic...
I can't imagine how this guy should have felt filling the insurance form and describing the cause of the accident.
