Default 2014 Corvette StingRay

I am really looking forward on seeing these on the road. May have to one day buy one for myself.

What do you all think? Like to hear your opinions on it.

I just saw this on Top gear tonight and I have to say its pretty cool! I liked how it has that track mode that is suppose to be faster than with all the nannies off around a track.

I agree. I have always liked the Corvettes, but this generation is my favorite. Well, from the pictures I see on the net anyways.

And now it begins the tear down of its beautiful lines at the hands of custom shops at SEMA Nov 5-8

Geez, a 1 year waiting list for the Corvette Stingray!
Wonder what the markups are going to be.
I see some on ebay for some markups.

Just wait till the other versions come out- Z07, convertible, track edition and etc.

I really like what GM has done with the 2014 Corvette and Camaro.
Each has its own heritage and styles with that American muscle.
The Camaro is the bad boy aggressive racer look.
The Corvette is a gentleman's GT.

Given the choice I would get the Corvette Stingray.

Default Real world use

I believe the Corvette could actually be used by those who do not wear a hair shirt, everyday. With the interior improvements and the fuel mileage it actually seems like something I could use for daily driving and still enjoy tremendously on the weekends and my wife wouldn't mind because of noise and generally harshness.

I will have to test drive one to be sure though, and that is probably a year out to get the early adopter mark-up out of the way.

SEMA TOYO Tires Stingray

It's not too bad, the wing and wheels aren't that great.
