Default Motherboard and RAM for this CPU?

I'm looking for a good motherboard and RAM for this CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103633

The MB needs to support AGP so I can still use my 6800GT with it. I have really good components otherwise - Lian Li, Antec TruePower 550W, etc.

Oh and 1 gig RAM (dual chan 512s) should be enough right now.

Thanks

Edit:

Also what is the difference between these CPUs?

There is only a $1 difference in price.

Memory, just some kingston/corsair/geil/... value ram should be ok.
Yeah someone else told me about that board and I think I will get that and the 3500+ for it.

Thanks!

I actually ended up getting the 3800+ single (2.4GHz) will have it tomorrow. The 3800+ single is as fast as the 4600+ dual for almost all games. It’s faster than the 4600+ dual for games like FarCry and Doom 3, Oblivion is the only game that runs a little faster on the 4400+ other then that the 3800+ single basically = the 4600+ except for encoding and stuff like that. I can’t wait to load GT Legends on it!
