Yeah, I don't like the front bumper either. . . I think the M Sports Package bumper on the regular 3 Series looks better.

front bumper really annoys me. diffuser looks like a bit of an afterthought. power dome looks too big. however...cf roof looks great. even though they had a trend with the gills on the e46 m3 and e60 m5, i like the gills on this one. i'm mixed on this, not sure if i'd get it.

I don't like the "mess" above the tailpipes, but I love the bonnet bulge... maybe someone will cut a hole, and make a shaker-hood..LOL

just as i said 2 minutes ago to you on ICQ i dont feel older at all but this is have no emotions just like porsches from 996 till now, 997 is sure nice and all but still without aftermarket addons(exhause, wheels and so) they are tasteless the "magic" is no more there, ofcourse I talk about my opinion based on exterior view I never drove any of those cars.

Definitely not like the E46 M3 did when I first saw it. Then again, the E46 3er was a much better looking car than the E92 3er as well.
I remember saying the same thing with the E30 M3, E36 M3, and the E46 M3: "Damn, this is a nice car. It looks soooo good."

you're right for sure
the developement goes further and it's true the glamour of the "supercars" of 10 years back is gone... it's new era, engines are smooth in low revs (veyron), not like my V6 320i

Actually no, the A5/S5/RS5 still looks ugly.
Just because this car doesn't look great, doesn't make the A5 series looks any better.
