355 looks like a popular choice - A modern Ferrari has to be high on everyones list!

Well if this was real life and I need inssurance and all of that stuff...

I would buy myself a BMW E46 M3 simply because I know how much rubber I will be burning and inssurance is going to be TIGHT.

But 100k without any of those hassles.......hmmmmm 100k USD............damn 2nd hand Ferrari 550s are still going for about 300k down here.

I am tempted for a GT3 but they are rather short on luxury and comfort....
Maybe a BMW M6 when it arrives? 2nd hand Vanquish? (i heard they are CHEAP 2nd hand)

Ferrari 512Tr sounds good to me too....

Orr.......construct my dream car,

I'd get a BMW 8 Series, shove in a BMW S62 engine (BMW E39 M5 engine).
Replace as many panals on it with aluminium ones, BMW nav and extra electronics etc etc.

BMW E39 M5 gear box, xenon pop up headlights, really bad ass exhaust system all finished in saphire back 8)

I would probably buy a 1996 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo, or 2004 Nissan 350Z, or Mazda RX8. Then I would spend the rest of the money in business or investment to keep my cars and earn my money back double over.

If I was forced to spend as much of the 100 Gs on a car, I would try to buy a Porsche 911 Twin Turbo, or Nissan Skyline R34 GTR. I really love the skyline, but I wonder if I can mod the car to have the driver on the left side instead of right. I can't drive stick with my left hand.

I would get a Ferrari 308 (40k aprx) with some of the money left I would do a super restoration on it, even if it still was in good condition, and keep the rest, for all the track day fun.

For $100K I would take either the Maserati 4200 of the Porsche 911 carrera. It's a tough choice, there are a lot of good cars you can get for $100K.

For 100K I would buy a nice vette and swing it over to lingenfelter and have them modify it...
