yeah, it also has too little of sponsors, so I guess its just for testing

Jenson Button was supposed to complete his first laps today in the RA107, but unfortunately for the 27-year-old the car stopped without having even completed a single lap.
The RA107 made its debut on track for the first time on Wednesday. Rubens Barrichello completed a number of laps without any major problems. Unfortunately for Button he had to cope with what looks likes an electrical problem.

Autosport seemingly thinks RB3 is a V keel
and yet Newey says opposite
There are some elements [of carry-over] – for example, we’ve gone to the zero-keel whereas last year’s Red Bull remained faithful to the central keel.

Seemingly, but within that basic framework there are many subtle variations only discernible to an acute observer that reflect the many moods, the many shades, the many sides of the zero keel

Thanks Max! Ah, I see, so it is just underneath the car to route air. At first I thought it was something structural.
Thanks for explaining it.
