I have wanted an SLR for awhile now, and finally bought one in black - the best colour for it IMO
It is a 1:18 Maisto and looks very good for the price - and its the only option anyway as I wasn't willing to pay ~$250 for the CMC version

and doesn't it look mean like this

My two newest toys arrived via post today - the first ones I bought through eBay. One came from Austria and the other one from the UK - and even with the postage they were cheaper than in the shops here (if they actually had them in stock that is).

1:18 Minichamps Aston Martin DB9

1:18 UT Models Porsche 993 Carrera RS - my favourite naturally-aspirated 911

and posing together

I paid £16.00 (24 EUR) for it, which in my currency is $AU 38.

Nice additions dude! My collection stopped growing lately, so it's nice to see the new models the other JW members are buying

I know the feeling, these are the first ones I bought in 2 months - my longest 'drought' ever I think.

Here you go

Sorry the pics aren't the best, its a bit hard doing such closeups without a tripod.
The interior is generally pretty nice, the floors and rear seat area is covered in carpet/felt - which HW models for example don't have.
