For God's sake, its a Neon! With a stock Neon's suspension! Straight line speed is worthless if it can't handle.

Haha... yeah, you think so huh? You prove my point exactly.

You Americans get your cars so cheaply so i dont know how you can complain.
You pay $25,000 for a Mustang = £15,000
In the UK you can only get a Focus for that money... a diesel focus.
As far as overrated cars go... I think that the Brabus' represent something else - they're so fast, but so luxurious.
Ferraris/Lambos etc.. are priced so high to create exclusivity (in fact, i think they are too cheap now and the prices need raising. I mean £100, 000 for a 360Modena is hardly going to break the bank... there are thousands of people in the Uk who could afford that )
The only overrated and over priced car on sale that i can think of is the Bugatti Veyron (when the engineers complete it). I think that some classic cars, such as the 250GTO are expensive, but they are so rare and so should command the high prices that they do.

Overpriced cars ? Is there really overpriced car, it depends what you want. You can find that a Kia is to expensive for what it offers and that a 996 Turbo is cheap compare to a 360 Modena. That's the law of offer and request ... the capitalist system.

They do have a stock neon suspension. Zero Camber, unadjustable.
Edit: Ok, i'm sorry the suspension has been tweaked some, but you still can't adjust the camber.

I think that BMW's are over-rated and over-priced. In that category, I'd take the truly german Audi anyday. I think that the Infiniti FX45 is soo underrated. You rarely see any, and it will blow a Cayenne S away for quite a bit less. It also makes one of the sweetest sounds, especially from a V-6. It's so throaty.

Very, very true. I remember how expensive European models are compared to ours...let alone fuel expenses! On my last trip to Germany, it cost the equiv. of $40.00 to fill our tiny Toyota Tercel up with regular gas. we should be more appreciative of our cheper prices!

You are all thinking too big and exotic:
My most over priced car is the Audi A2!!
It costs a staggering £16,150 On the Road (A2 1.4 TDi Sport)
Then add options:
16inch wheels £700
Audi Sterio (Bose) £450
CD Changer £400
Sat Nav £2175 (+£705 for TV function)
Paint £630
Leather £1950
Heated Seats £300
Elec Windows £205
Fog Lights £125
Total £22,455 On the Road......and there are still more options to add, like parking sensors!
For what it is and what else you could get for 22k that is THE most overpriced car around!
Oh, for anyone from the US: As of this mornings exchange fate:
22455 UK Sterling = 41,969.53 US Dollar
Exchange rate: 1.86905

WTF... 41,969.53 US Dollar
for $41,166 - $49,586 USD, i could get a 2004 Audi S4
or spend $32,439 - $44,746 for a 2004 Audi A6
or spend $30,042 - $38,719 and get a 2004 Audi TT
(all prices are the invoice price range from carpoint.com)

hahaha, thankyou! You have proved my point! The prices I got are from www.audi.co.uk I forgot to add the £700 odd quid for the TV, so that is an extra $1000
Oh, remember the stupid exchange rate at the moment....it is making things look (slightly) worse than they are.

Overated = anything you can't or don't want to afford at the present time...
Underated = what ever you currently own and want to viciously defend each day...

Haha...Miata's handle reat, you obviously have no idea what you're talking about. A Miata outhandles Mustangs all day, just look at how well they score at AutoX tournaments.
Overrated cars:
- Hummer H2, obviously.
