Motor Trend, 5.0 Mustang and Mustang Enthusiast . I used to get the UK version of Max Power, still love that mag. Top Gear and Car too.

For general car info I prefer Top Gear Magazine, for tuned cars I really like Max Power (UK) a lot. Take a look at http://www.maxpower.co.uk/ and you'll see what I mean Not just lots of info and how-to's, but also really funny... Even (most of) the women in their mag are fab!
