The reason why the NSX is very expensive because the car is handmade. The aluminum chassis also make the cost pretty high. I also believe NSX has a factory of its own, not sharing with the rest of Honda vehicles.

I never knew it had its own factory. That and the handmade part does explain why it costs so much. I never see any NSXs almost, they're so rare. Last one I saw was going down the highway on the other side so I only saw it for a second.
Kinda like the Skyline I saw... too bad it didn't see it for long.

I honestly don't think Honda is expecting to sell a lot of them though. I guess that's why it's pretty much unchange for 13 years already.

since u live in vancouver, richmond has a handful of nsx's.. and other expensive cars. walking in a parking lot mall in richmond is like going to a import car show.

There aren't that many NSX around here in NYC too. I probably see one or two in a month if I'm lucky.

It looks like Honda will produce the HSC (new NSX) pretty soon since I heard that 2004 will be the last year of the current model NSX. I better start saving up for that car.

its about time they change the NSX, because from time to time the only changing is the head light. The first NSX model compare to the last one (the one that had new headlights) the basis is still the same, just an improvement here and there...
I know that Senna helps to make the first NSX, thats why Honda doesn't make any dramatic changes on the NSX...hicks hicks  your name will be remembered...
