Oct 28-29: British weather/British cars: XJ220, DB7, Elise..

Again some great sightings, TT. The E39 M5 looks great with its clean style. But the king of the day certainly is the XJ220. And with that colour it even looks better. It's a super rare sight.

I only saw one once at a car show when I still was a little kid - I never saw one on the streets. But the car impressed me then, it looked really big and long. TT, is it really a big car, or did this amazing car just had such an impact on me as a child?

Well, as always when you see such things as a child, the size strucks you in a complete diferent way It was the same for me for my first supercars sighting many years ago!

Still, the XJ is very imposing in a way.. difficult to define, but its shape make it appear pretty big indeed! A car you wouldn't want to park in a crowded car park for sure
