Well even if that Dino would be an "entry-level" Ferrari, it's still a Ferrari -- performance would still be topnotch

Wasn't the original Dino actually badged as a Fiat, and never as a Ferrari? What was that all about?

Ah, okay. Why was that then? Dino was Enzo's son, right?

lest we forget that Dino powered the Stratos as well... might we see that 'new' stratos on the road as well?
I honestly have no problem with Ferrari building a V6 model with amazing curves and proportions, and flaired fenders etc.
Ferrari's weren't always 200-600,000$ monsters new... you used to be alble to almost afford one in the past (a FErrari for 10,000 $ where a Vette was $5,000)

Ferrari are a business and are in business to make money, and a "cheap" Ferrari will be very profitable, but at the same time they must be careful not to dilute the brand. They have to be very careful as to how they procede, IMHO.

Anyway - a 300hp mid-engined high-revving V6, with electro-gizmos and around 1200kg should be great!
|
300hp seems still too low for a modern v6 even from the boys in red; look at the final iteration of the Dino V6...
100,000 E.... unfortunately, it will sell because of it's name... but say.. if it were to be 2x the price of a Vette, then it may be tangable, even if slower

I read in a Portuguese magazine ( from Auto Bild group ) that it will cost 140.000 euros without taxes. I don't remember how much power they said it will have but guess it would be something between 400 and 450. It if will cost something like 150/160k euros I guess it's not very expensive.

Damn!! I was searching for this topic to post those pics, but I'm late
If the experts say that test mule is a new Ferrari model, than I have now doubts about the most recent news. I just hope it will look good cause I already know it will be a great car

  Is it ?? In Portugal it costs 180.000 euros. At least it has a positive side: Portuguese Ferrari drivers have more money than spanish ones

FANTASTIC NEWS if it is guaranteed!
I just have one question since I was pretty sure they would not do it, it's just all the press and others seemed to sure they DEFINITLY would.
Where do they get this carp from then??

I don't buy that story, it seems to fabricated...and why on earth would they test a front engined car on a mid engined mule? stupid, and what's this about a V-10 F430...it all seems too made up.
IMO I still think there will be no dino...
