OK, I guess everyone has tried their hardest. Admittedly it is a very very obscure car. Apparently it is an Hugar Condor ARH, built in Madrid in 1971. Good luck trying to find info on it! I couldn't

i was sure it was going to be a spanish car, cause nobody knew the answer !! !!! ive been searching but didnt find, btw nice 600 headlight at right !! hehehehe
