Id be stuck between clio and the vdub.

Clio, never actually seen one in person but very very fun cars with racing heritage behind them and vw gti they are a bang for a buck in my opinion im actually shopin for one myself. Like the fact that its comes in a mini luxury package the interior is just so pleasant. But if i could pick mostlikely the clio if you talking about the wide bodied mid angine setup one.

renault megane sport(225hp) is not really a hot hatch i think, its a small gt.a lot of electronics and not too good when pressed.mazda 323 is good, but if you want to stay without turbos,go for the type-r!and type-r is available almost everywhere.

Peugeot 206 would be nice....

The Golf is no GTi, it's way too comfortable and heavy for that...

Me also, I like a lot the VW Golf R32 and the Seat Cupra R. Both cars are not sold in Canada, this is really sad. :x

I would go for the mini or the golf because i like the idea of really sweet handling in a little bit bigger Go Cart

Getting this list....id go for the seat leon as long as im a bit enthusiast of the turbo engines, and once i like this 1.8 turbo engine as well, apart from the grip, the brakes, the built quality of the leon that are in a good level....if the civic or the Focus, or the 206 were included....id go for the civic or the focus....i love both engines although they are completely oposed in terms of their personality
