Nicolas Cage, Jessica Biel
Plot: Cage can see into his own future (~2 mins) FBI try to use his abilities to track down Nuclear bomb location.
The movie was pretty entertaining if you put away some of the logical flaws.
7/10

Good idea for a topic!
'Superbad' 9/10
Was surprisingly very funny, and would recommend it to those who usually would not watch this kind of movie

Crimson Tide http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0112740/
Plot: On a US nuclear missile sub, a young first officer stages a mutiny to prevent his trigger happy captain from launching his missiles before confirming his orders to do so.
8/10 great drama, and a must for war/military fans.

The Reaping: 5/10 - It was OK. If you have some time to kill, it's kind of entertaining. Predictable plot, decent visuals, average acting.
Superbad: 8/10 - I really didn't think this movie was going to be any good but I actually liked it quite a bit.
Knocked Up: 6/10 - Some funny scenes, but nothing too special.
28 Weeks Later: 6/10 - Not bad for a sequel, but the original was far better and much more of a scary movie. This one had a few good scenes, but felt more like an action movie IMO
The Host: 7/10 - Not too bad of a movie. The plot is nothing new, but the interaction with the main characters is pretty good and quite funny.
Transformers: 9/10 - I may have given this such a high score because I LOVE Transformers. Visuals were great, Megan Fox was hot and it was freakin Transformers!
Those are the movies I have seen in the past week or so.

over the last month, I saw:
I am Legend: Good remake of the old movies... worth the watch... 7/10
3:10 to Yuma: FANTASTIC film, I really can't say enough about this movie. Even if you aren't familiar with Westerns, this film does true to the the man who made the western, Clint Eastwood... 10/10!
National Treasure: Book of Secrets - Better then the first one, but the treasure is a bit more "lame" ... there may not be a repeat of the fantastic "we need more lemon's" scene, but there is some amount of cheese. Worth the watch ...7/10
No Country for Old Men: Not a lot of dialog... in some ways, it is a more modern vision of a western... There is no confusion of the good and bad guys, but there isn't any character development, which takes away from the film. Definitely worth the watch .... 8/10

No Country for Old Men - Best picture of the year in my mind, but I am biased, as it is filmed in Texas. Not a formula movie, I understand the same writer has done a post WW3 type book and it is being made into a movie, I can't wait.
National Treasure - Enjoyed it as much as the first one. Inca treasure seemed to end up a little too far North for my historic sensibilities.
Golden Compass - Caution spoiler later on. It was only Ok, but doubt I will watch the sequels. If you do a movie you need to make it really good the first time out, not do a really long movie and cut it into thirds and expect everyone to really enjoy the first third, which is what this movie seemed like. Not enough Daniel Craig and Nicole not sexy enough this time out. "Luke I am your father" Sorry its been done before.
Juno - Very good, but most of the good laughs are in the trailer. Probably a good movie to take your young teenagers too, as it deals with a serious issue and seems to solve it pretty well. Cast is incredible. You will see the young girl again.

A Guide To Recognizing Your Saints - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0473488/
A very good movie 9/10
Dito, a writer in L.A., goes home to Astoria, Queens, after a 15-year absence when his mother calls to say his father's ill. In a series of flashbacks we see the young Dito, his parents, his four closest friends, and his girl Laurie, as each tries to navigate family, race, loyalty, sex, coming of age, violence, and wanting out. A ball falls onto the subway tracks at a station, small things get out of hand. Can Dito go home again?
