If you want to enjoy, there's no need to go flat out or even too fast.
100kph too much? lol right.., down park avenue people do 55mph which is about 85-90 kph..

I know an even slower car, the FIAT 126p which is very common in poland tops out at around 110kph.. it does 0-100 in about 20 seconds. And up hills u wont be going faster than 60kph. The car has 27Hp!

Normal cruise speed on a highway for me it about 90-100mph
Remember to slow down if you have to pass through Switzerland fines are pretty high even for those speeds.

Flat, floor it, pedal to the metal, whatever u call it, can be done at certain hours, places, etc., but all the time.
in my country it's difficult you get fined for fast driving, unless you're a reckless driver.
I knew a guy from my high school and he drove very fast, flooring the pedal every time he could, until he... crashed into a truck and his brain found on the rear seat.

think, know the car's limits and the physics. the faster u drive, the more difficult it gets to control the car

Because when we are in Italy we know the controls are not so frequent as in Switzerland

Yes,but I don't live in NY, here in my little town (20000 people) doing 100kmh in town is FAST, the street is narrow and old men and women use to walk in the road, aside parked cars. Don't know why, but so it is

Kawa, F2004andovai??

There's a bit of controls around here in Norway as well, but there's a SMS control warning system you can use here. The first one to see a control reports it, and everyone subscribing for the road/area the control was in gets a SMS saying where, when and what kind of control. It's great..

It depends in what kind of mood I am but I don't drive careless. Most of the time I cruise. I think nobody these days can drive flat out. Too many police cameras and it's too dangerous.

I don't drive in highways for a long time, except for yesterday. I've been making only city courses, not big speed inside cities, 60/70km/h not much.

Yesterday in highway, normally 140/150km/h not more.

The max speed I have driven was 210km/h following a Bmw 320d =)

Driving all out is fun, exciting, dangerous, and risky. All out all the time, I'm pretty sure, would be more fun, more exciting, and more dangerous and riskier. I don't know too many people that [stupid] willing to risk a crash or death or just a bunch of tickets and jail all the time.
