GM wants Proton & Lotus?

I don`t like this idea. But do not forget, that there is still one great thing, that came out from last Lotus-GM cooperation. It`s called Lotus Omega (or Carlton in UK).

I hope that if GM gets their hand on Lotus they will not skimp on the quality of the cars. I also hope they will not try to change what Lotus and the Elise are.

I would love to see an Elise with a supercharged ecotec come to American shores, as we dont get the VX220
