lucky you, here in Czech Republic we have fellony called "inadequate defense", ie. you cannot defend yourself with a greater force than the one
threatening you. It you were to shot the guy who's "only" trying to beat you up, robe you or smth. similary "innocent", you will be charged for commiting a crime.

The Chinese here don't usually hide guns in their Santanas. And the black people around here work hard. Maybe they can't afford a X5 and that is the reason, or maybe...

The US got some kind of disease, that make them go of like the blck guy in the vid, and afterwards, the main reaction from the American Nation is simply kill, burn, whatever them, which kinda puts these people on the same level imho.

I go along with the czech guy. In Germany I lived next to the czech border, they also have their problems there, but somehow, the rest of the world seem to solve them mostly without arms.

Is it legal to carry guns for self defence in the US? I know down here in Aus its illegal. The guy can have the right to fight back with all means necessary. If he was beaten up that bad, the asian kid could have took out a baseball bat and hit back in self defence. And in doing so killed the black guy...so be it. But shooting him would be excessive. He could have took out the gun and if the black guy continued to advance on him after warning him he'll shoot, he could have shot him.

Of course the azn kid would be charged with manslaugher if he was provoked but the sentence would be pretty minimal as it was obvious he didnt want any trouble. If he killed the black guy due to self defence he'll be off scott free. That distinction is up to the judge.

Seriously, the black guy is the epitome wankeness. If i was the azn kid I would have just driven off and save myself doing a facial reconstruction. If i was feeling ambitious i'll just drive off when he was halfway in the car trying to bash me up and if the black guy just happens to be under the car, he's just unlucky. If i feel even more ambitiouls I'll drive forward and 'accidently' take out a couple of his frds who was cheering him whilst bashing me up. Thats what you get for having a wanker as a frd and not stopping him bashing me up. As a bonus his frds will blame the black guy for the rest of their lives.

Damn I hate when this shit happens, when a black guy does something wrong the rest of us get labelled for his actions. I hate when one individual fucks up paints a bad image on the rest of us. Yes, I'm black, and I thought what happened in that video was fucked up. If I was there I wouldn't just be watching, I would have called the police and step in between that big guy and the asian guy. I probably couldn't kick his ass but I would at least get a couple of hits in. The video made me mad too.

For everyone out there, please don't look at this and think we are all like this. I'm black and I'm a good guy -I don't hurt people, steal cars, nor deal drugs. I work hard in the local hospital as a tech. :cry: I painfully agree with a sigh that many black people in America are racist, I see it, even racism against theirselves. There's not a month goes by in the year where I deal with indirect or direct racism, and I think why can't we all just get along? Martin Luther King Jr would be ashamed if he saw this.

Why is it excessive to kill someone with a gun but not excessive to kill someone with a bat? They are just as dead. In fact depending on where you hit, they both are just as likely to survive.

Kinda ironic when I hear someone saying something as small as getting beat up. Kids beat eachother up.. When your an adult its assault and sadly it usually ends up a hell of alot worse.

The reality is, people like this can't be reasoned with. There are people to compromise with, there are people that can only be dealt with by either death penalty or some other means to make them disappear. The countries with the lowest crime rate are the ones that put up with the least amount of this stuff before strict punnishment(a deterent occurs). Compromise only works with people that are willing to compromise, with those who aren't its either force or appeasement. Appeasement ultimately always leads to more problems.

The true problem with American(and it isn't as widespread as the media makes it out to be) is lack of good education in the inner cities.
