well... i installed spysweeper, the new one.... im still getting an error when i try to update

it says my subscription service has expired and i did use your serial....

Go to www.symantec.com search for it see what they say to do. most of the time using norton, adware and manually deleating it in safe mode works perfectly.

that's odd DeMoN...Try uninstalling it completely and reinstalling it. I think thats happened to me before but that should fix the problem.
