He was instrumental along with Ralph Lauren to changing the rules so that the Mclaren F1 could be imported into the US without sending thru the drastic Ameritech route. I remember reading that Bill Gates regular driver was a Lexus LS400. He has a couple of Porsches as well apart from the 959.

Seinfeld missing from this list has a lot of Porsches ... dont know if he got the CGT.

I didnt realize this was the politcal forum .....

.....3,000 cars compared to 100 some is a big difference, and despite the rareity and distinctness of Jay Leno's collection, by far the Sultan of Brunei has a far superior collection ..... the majority of Jay's cars are historic American autos anyaway .... history is great and all but we all know Europe has put out a better product for the most part, and that is basically the composition of the Sultans collection ....

...plus I lost all respect for Leno when he said "I would rather have a Ford"

The Mythos was a custom car from Ferrari, bought by the Sultan. He probably requested the build of it too

I have no pics at hand, but try searching for the Sultan of Brunei's cars

A brief and rather un-illustrious and short lived career.. -- confirming the no idea/desire/ability comment
