^^^except for all his trouble he'd have a wrecked car and some interesting questions from the fuzz about how, being the only person in the car (I assume he was alone, or else the passenger would have been operating the camera...I hope), he had hand-held footage of this incident...the cops would tell him he should have been driving instead of filming, and he probably would have ended up with the ticket instead of the ass in the Ferrari.
You could easily spin it that the Ferrari driver had done this a number of times, and he grabbed the camera to get proof - because you felt threatened and knew that his insane road rage mgiht lead to worse..
