Please explain and elabortae? I have had 2 independant XBox users claim otherwise.

As in you can simply fire up the XBox, put in PGR2 and drive the dowloaded cars in ANY type of race/game?

i have used the downloaded content in every single part of PGR2 except the main progressive game which is pretty much set in stone about the cars/ tracks etc... but all other aspects of the game online or NOT you can use the cars freely I do it quite often I took the CSL down the Autobahn with no trouble and I shot down the Champs Elysee in a Ferrari 360CS they all combine freely with out needing to be hooked up with Live at the time of playing the game.

Thanks for an honest low down...

So what you are saying is I can tackle the 'Ring with one of these cars in an offline (LAN cable disconnected) run?

Honestly?

I don't wanna go blow $10 for nada....

There you go a record of 8:23.433 in a Corvette C6 at the 'Ring even with a questionable spin out coming out of a rather large corner.

Well - typical microshaft fashion the XBox is ina loop state..

'XBoxlive update needed - Your XBox will now restart to download update - Do not turn off XBox"

'XBox Live not available try again later"

Well - if the XBox knows it needs a fucking update -how the hell can XBox Live not be available.

*shrug*

They just saved me $10...

Well my patience is done with XBox Live... not worth the hassle. If it can't plug-n-play on demand, one may as well stick to PC games... or non-online console titles.

What problems are you having with xbox live? For me, it was very simple and easy to set it. It does plug-n-play on demand for me. You should really give it another chance; it adds a whole new demension to xbox games.
