Yeah sound systems in cars are basically about showing off IMO, or in my case having it so loud i get deafened by that rather than the engine on the motorway BTW what he has done is sacrilege IMO defiantely a case of more money than sense no respect for the car

What an idiot, proof that some people shouldn´t have the sort of money to be able to buy an Enzo. At least it´s nicely done.

Dope.... You don't need a sound powered car when you have a beatiful V12 standing on "the rear seat"...

let him do as he pleases i say. think of it this way. do you know alot about medical stuff? do you know as much about it as a doctor? NO So when you go into the emergency room missing a leg should he sit there and me like, "stop complaining, you don't know anything about medicine, etc. why should i help you?" NO He helps others in a way that they are ignorant to his field of work, and this give him the specific right to be ignorant to other fields (such as automotive). may it be how to work on a car, or not appreciating it the same way as others might. besides, he can always turn the sterio down

I find the reactions you guys have pretty silly.
1) He has the right to do whatever he wants. Good on him for putting a stereo in there.
2) Resale? I'm sure he cares about resale value.
3) As mentioned above, driving a car a lot will be boring no matter what you drive. A radio is a nice thing to have.
4) You can drive these everyday. Don't forget the gentleman who already has 20k on his...
5) In the *REAL* world, where the bench racers STFU, a few extra pounds isn't gong to make shit's difference. Even if it means doubling the acceleration times but getting 50% more use out of the car - good for him.
I applaude the gentleman.

Sure people have a right to do what they want to their cars however if they publish pictures they are opening themselves up to criticsm, hence we are all giving our opinions, sure some of it is done quite descretely but other bits are not to my taste at all, this is just personal opinion on the taste displyed. I like it when anyone such as yourself adds anything to their car, like your bike rack on your ferrari, because the owner is using the car more as a result. However the sound system installed in that enzo would spoil the car for me however as you say i doubt the owner cares to much about resale value or other peoples opinions

well of course if its ur car u can do to it wotever u want, i find sense in that, im just sayin i wouldnt do it, thats my opinion and as AL123 says we all post our opinions, the most of us dont like em, we criticize it... if u would do that to ur 550 its ok, i wouldnt, a bike rack ??? not me... thats the reason to have a car of each kind... if u wanna use ur bike u can have an suv or a pick up, if u can buy a 550 i doubt u cant buy a range rover or at least a 40 grand sedan for that use... maybe u invested all in ur 550... but well thats not the point... the point is that the most of us dont like that shit

well, when you can afford an Enzo, I guess you can do whatever the hell you want to it. I always see pple driving rice and shitty cars that they wasted all their money on. I dont really mind. its their money they're wasting, not mine. The only thing I dont like is when they say their car is better than it is, but this is an Enzo, so no matter what the guy does to it, its still gunna f'n rock.

bmagni: i was using my lexus LX470 (big SUV, lexus version of the landcruiser) to haul my bikes. i did it because I wanted to use my car THAT much more. Thumb the "purists" guys' eyes once again! Fastest F40 legal on a road (on track and in a line) has a bike rack (not permanent like mine) - in fact, I got the idea from hmi. Does that mean he can't afford another car? No. Does that mean he doesn't use it for what it was meant? HELL NO. His car has WON Virgnia City Hill Climb against RUF CTR2s that were custom tuned by Alois Ruf himself on-site and ran Pike's Peak.
So, I can understand the idfference of opinion. That's what makes the world go round. But - I find some comments considerably inane or distasteful, esp. when the peanut gallery themselves aren't anywhere remotely close to being abel to do the same (or not, in this case).

to all those who dislike what happened to this Enzo and are Enzo fans, would you not take it if the guy gave it to you? even with the 'sacrilegious' mods!? i don't think so...
