I usually just leave it all black cuz it loads faster, and it is easier on the eyes. So my contribution wont help =(

jon, I like your desktop! Nice Aston

Right now, I'm using a wallpaper from
http://www.topgear.com/content/timet.../0080/1280.jpg

I disabled the icons so there's nothing else on it

Than you 8) I like a clean and simple desktop and that pic fitted the bill perfectly. The pic is off the official AM website.

I use this wallpaper (car show Frankfurt) most time since I have my own comp

but sometimes I change it for some nice shots I take (scale models, car sightings)

I cant believe people still use 1024 screen resolution. The icons are sooo big and ugly.

I got myne set in 1920x1600 that way more things can be seen at any particular time. 1024x768 just doesnt cut it.

^^ same deal with me... I would go higher, my laptop just won't let me. One thing I don't like tho is at super high resolutions the text and everything gets so damn small. Without a really big screen I have trouble reading without straining.

I couldn't care less about icons anyway... not like I have any
