2nd gear for acceleration and noise, but 3rd is good for most of the twisty roads that I drive and has a pretty broad range too.

As I say... Any gear...

6th, becuase if a car next to me wants to grow some balls, I can just turn my wrist and very quickly make them quiver right back up, nomatter what speed im at. (this does not apply for every car... there is the occasional one that makes me downshift, but you all see my point)

2nd gear... because my car is so damned slow.

In more powerful cars, 3rd gear is usually my fave. Mindblowing in an M5.

Considering it's a 427ci 550rwhp C5R engined C5 Z06 rocket ship.. I am sure it can be forgiven that my 346ci 335rwhp stocker was a little out of it's depth...

Seems like your favourite car is an Audi - so I wouldn't expect you to understand...

Is this the M coupe in your sig you are referring to? Is it the 240hp or 321hp version?

The gear that I use the most in my Citroen Xsara is the 3rd gear...and was the same thing when I had the AX.
