^ Definitely the GTX1 looks like it belongs as a production convertible a la Carrera GT.

I also wonder if that CHP Cayman is real or just a promotional thing? It would be pretty cool .

Speaking of which, is the the one that was down in Monterey? Because I thought tickets were more expensive than that?

hmmm....

I think not.

GT's are ending production in August; and yours truly will be there for the whole of the event

now... it is possible that guys who work for Ford/and or other suppliers have created a door mechanism like that, but it is definately not stock.

Nice photos i'm a bit suprised they let in a DeLorean hehe. Any more shots of the IMSA March Chevrolet? what year is it?
It is called the Ford GT X-1 ... I saw the same car in the Houston Autoshow earlier this year (http://www.motorworld.net/forum/show...hlight=houston). The car was on display by a private firm that does the customization and not in the main Ford booth. http://www.pistonheads.com/news/?storyId=12302

Actually thats not the one. Its the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance
http://www.pebblebeachconcours.net/
The Lamborghini Espada owner told me it was "The Show" which is probably why its costs $150 to get in

Yup, this one was at Stanford University. Even though its summer I still caught some students getting a head start on projects.

BTW I still have some more pics but mostly of the same cars. For example the Delorean, Ferrari F60, Mercedes 300SL Gullwing, and so on. Just ask and who knows, I may have some.

Poof! An F430 Spider

Poof! A 355 Spider

Poof! Another Tesatrossa

I fixed up this shot of the silver 250. Think this would be good for the competition?

Oh and I found two more pics of the 400GT. I lost them for a while lol

Cool, unless you or anyone else has any better suggestions. I want this to be the best of the bunch.

Awesome event. A lot of beauties together. I especially like the green(?) 300 SL and the red 959. Thanks for sharing these pics.

So would everyone agree the Ferrari 250 GTE is the best of the bunch? Picture wise?

Personally I think the car is a bit dull, but TT seems to like it
Im just wondering if maybe I should use a picture with a more desirable car for the competition

Like these
