dont like it dont like it dont like it. One hell of a car but why do they always copy design elements? for example headlights. 1. BMW, then opel then other manufacturers, now Subaru..

What were the subaru designers thinking? The front is plain ugly! It's like they bought the defective (warped) headlights from the north american spec honda accord and slap them on. The design is getting worse every generation, they should come up with something original instead of stealing bits and pieces from every manufacturer out there! Sometimes you really should leave the design job to the professionals, like the italians. Even the koreans know that!

nope
Yeah the legacy lights are nice, but that subaru logo in the middle...i dunno...only alfa can pull of grills like that....and they dont look as ugly....need more streamline
|
Exactly.
Andreas Zapatinas former Alfa man turned Subaru.
every thing looks good after the front fender,
|
could this be because the body is the same as the current Impreza???
Besides. I think the new grills make Subaru more interesting. I actually like them.

Alfa that explains it, cross breeding cars ain't a good idea.
Actually it aint as bad as the original STi pic I saw at the begining of the year. Hopefully by 2007 they'll do more revisions to make it less like an Alfa and more like an orginal subaru.
Also they made to hood scoop smaller, now mines bigger

I don't find it that bad...besides impreza's magic is not based on looks in my opinion so let's hope the performance, at least, will live up to the name.

meh... nope. ugly. that whole thing that sticks out in the middle (the weird part in the grill...) too out of place. prefer the current ones.
