ahh, the beautys of liveing in Southern California. I love driving in LA. I have seen that same Phantom before in LA.

I'd wager it's nothing but a prototype...the car is running around on Enzo wheels and the covers for the headlamps are missing...the license plate also doesn't fit the bracket...who knows though...still an insanely lucky thing to spot!
