It sounds just like a V10 should sound. If you compare the exhaust note to a Viper, it is very similar.

Thanks for the video. That engine sounds awesome.

Something I noticed is that the car rolled pretty much in the corners, while it wasn't going that fast. I suppose they fitted the 545i's suspension to the concept car... just a suspicion

LOL, yes maybe quicker was not the real word... I mean.. simpler, effective and at least the M5s won't have to do the slalom between paparazzis

A V10 in a sedan, the sound is incredible..

I still don't like the look of the New M5, even though it looks way better than the normal 5 series...

The engine of M3 CSL, then this... BMW really knows how to make good engines

P.S The Mclaren F1 engine

What did you guys expect? BMW guys.. c'mon you should know by now

one thing about comparing this engine to a viper/gallardo, the M5 has a High-Reving F1 inspired engine.. supposed to rev up to 8500.. wouldnt doubt there'll be a chip upgrade and these babies will be pulling up to 9000.. with a V10... bmw keepin it true to the motor sport
