I had popped over to GTPlanet a while back and stayed to ask about the GT2RS early December. A month later I am almost banned for bumping heads with idiots and being willing to openly critique the lofty Fanatec and TM wheels.. which really puzzled me as I seem to be one of the few people who was abe to back to back to back test the G25 vs GT2RS vs T500RS. But that didnt stop an entire squadron of GTPlanateers from pissing and moaning for 2 weeks solid.

What made you want to try the TM wheel in the first place, and how much better is it than the GT2?

Set it up. I am still busy as hell, but may be taking an extended break if the egos of the "talent" keep pissing me off.

I love the adjustability of the GT2 that lets you "tweak' it. But the T500 just works well enough to not really need tweaking.
The GT2 feels like an expensively modded G25 - which is not a bad thing, just that the T500 has its own personality - and combined with the CSP's on the PC works really well.
The T500 pedals in GT5 are very good as well. Not quite the same as the CSP's in GT5, but the wheel more than makes up for it for me.

Damnit to hell! Now I want a new wheel. I just can't justify 5, or is it 600, for something I don't use enough.

In all these years, I've never had you on IM; Just Paul, Eamonn and I think Chaos. At least, I don't think I have. Hell, I'm old, I forget these things.
So uh, what the hell is your IM name?
You too Isaac.
You like how I'm using everyone's real names? Ah yeah.

I should make a private forum just for this discussion, strangely I don't feel comfortable giving too much info when anyone can read it

I thought for a moment that Dan moved to Evensville, IN because of this news article LOL
My MSN hasn't been working right. I installed and did the new trillian thing, and MSN still isn't working right... Just my handle here @hotmail.com and AIM is the same without the email bit.
