To upload and download, you have to be a regular member of the forums.. just hang around for a while and enjoy your stay... to be regular you don't need to submit pics, vids or url, but just take part in the forums...
of course if you have nothing to say I can't help you...

You should inform new members about the "regular member " rule when they are about to become a member for the first time! That can save a lot of bandwidth and of course frustration...

We prefer to make them work a little... it's not so strange to think a new user will begin reading recent discussions when he joins a forum...

As for spammers.. also somebody posting in most of the polls in the polls section, one after the other, "upping" also the oldest ones is considered one of them... :roll: (especially when you ignore all the other sections)

Admins should post a statement that says 'Postcount does not matter. You will only become a regular member when selected by an Administrator." when they signup to make it clear or on the video vault pages for non-members.
