As much as I like the idea of a kappa based coupe, I think they should have just gone with the Nomad and its more spacious and squarer back. The fact that the rear of this Solstice cannot be filled up with the soft top will give it a ton more cargo room and functionality though. I just don't think the hatchback look really works on the Solstice.

They do not understand the concept of a hatch back.. just like the Crossfire, that "hatch" is useless and hideous.

I don't get the Crossfire's, but this one, you can't have a normal hatch because they need to have rigidity somewhere for the roof, so they can't have too big of an opening, I guess.
But I don't understand why they didn't just make a completely fixed roof and have a normal hatch.

Despite looking great from the front, this version just doesn't look very good from the rear.

The roof just looks weird. I guess to each his own. I'm all for creativity and this looks like a decent idea at the very least.

No no no. The Corvette has big hatch opening. The Crossfires have tiny ones. Then again, Alfa 8C's worse. And so is the Morgan Aeromax's, if that's any merit.

Damn, I didn't see the back original. Yeah I like the front end a lot, but the back looks too weird to me.
I still like the Saturn Sky more.

I like it a lot more than the roadster. Hard Tops FTW!
Id like to see them do the same to the sky. Id actually consider buying one if they did.
