Are you guys aware that Ford sold off a good amount of Aston Martin to Louis Vuitton?

^I think they want Louis Vuitton to make the leather.

I hadn't heard of this anywhere, until today, so this is really news to me. This is interesting. Perhaps Ford didn't see a future with Aston Martin? Maybe they wanted spare cash?

Because they are broke and in need of a quich cash injection. They could either sell Jaguar or Aston Martin, and seeing as though Jag shares certain components with Mondeos and Range Rovers it would be much easier to part ways with Aston Martin.

Wow! I never knew Loius Vuitton owned all that stuff. Interesting. Certainly, this can be seen as a positive for Aston Martin.
