Hmm not sure if dirty road is to blame? I reckon at least he should jammed on the brakes to get back in control before losing it?

This was much talked about in the motorcycle circles some time ago. If I remember correctly, the conclusion was made that it was all rider error.

man430gt, you definitely do not want to slam on the brakes.
