I've seen this posted elsewhere, but unlike this one, it had the whole article. She did quit, but became so stressed (any smoker who has quit knows the feeling) that her Docter recommended smoking but in limited amounts.
As an ex-smoker myself, I can tell you quitting isn't a walk in the park. Added in with the stress of pregnancy, I'd shoot myself.
She plans on quitting completely once the pregnancy is over with.
