I have an amp and a 10" sub, also a fairly messy setup. Then I have a spare wheel/tire, some tools for changing it, mats and a few blankets/towels for god knows what.

Hey that ext and first aid kit rule is an excellent idea; don't know about the "in direct reach" part though. Good for rear ender suppose but I would hope to be using to help others not myself .
Guys with the woofers, please tell me that you secure them when driving.
I use woofer tie downs(4) on mine(Roc) and you can tension them up good yet still unclip in about 2 seconds.
Thats a nice MTX woofer, what Amp do you run it with?
If going more than 50 km from home I take Spanners, sockets, multitool, pliers, wire cutters, big mallet,(old car which cops a hiding,so I look after it accordingly), DH bike or BMX or XC/trail mtb bike.
Always got FS spare, jack, bog paper, rug, bike tubes, bike tools, jumper cable, woofer(Fusion powerplant, bloody heavy, depends what bike i've got with me), spare t-shirt, socks, bits and pieces from car install,torch,hi-vis vest.

In my Dodge Aries- Too much stuff to mention.
Cobra- A car cover in it's bag. Megiuars bottle of spray detailer and a few rags, so when bird doo-doo hits it, just spray it on the offending blotch and doo-doo no more.

Jump leads, and Alpine Type-s 12" sub, and a T303 alpine amp. In a box trimmed in the same colour as boot carpet. With a T-Towel bunging up the port at the moment! Sounds better!! lol
