Sure, it's not animated.. and to stop the movement, you just have to try very very hard to fix a single point, and only that.. easier with only one eye, but possible also with both.. but as long as you move the spot you're watching, the movement starts again

Damn that thing is a bit spewy. For those that get motion sickness, its a real real bad idea. But so is a Diablo I guess 
I focus on one circle and it stops moving. Are you sure this is an animated gif? They are only turning when i scan my eyes over the pic.
