I saw this one a few days ago ...

an opel tigra ... nothing special ... but without license plate

Maybe its nicked or doesn't want to get caught by speed cameras!! I saw a guy get stopped on the motorway once for no rear plates but he had a smoothed out boot (no space for number plate)
