it's actually nothing to worry about if you understand the transfer of kinetic energy, which obviously they do. though it does take a supreme athletic ability to do it, i'll admit. if you guys think that's cool, search for the video floating around of a guy named joey eigo (i think that's his name). he makes these guys look like fatasses
