WTF license plates distributed in North Carolina
So a recent batch of N.C. license plates came with the three letter combination of WTF. 10,000 license plates later, someone noticed and complained . . .

Its funny. BUT it's just letters... nothing more.. YBPOS <--- see....you big peice of shit. its how ever you wanna translate it.. im sure i can think of 100000 more with the letters used in number plates.
