No, the speed and video information is new right? I know the accident itself is definately a Stan, but don't remember any information about a video actually catching the car going 199mph. Besides, was it "Stefan" driving at the time, who then ran away after the accident?

I wouldn't mind seeing the video...hopefully it'll get leaked to the internet. It'd be nice to compare with that one F40 video of the Japanese Ferrari Club president on the freeway...
