Default St.Moritz - Nov 20 - car and landscape pics!

Last weekend I visited my parents in St.Moritz.
The drive there was quite fun, on one side of the mountainpass, there was snow -> enjoyed to drive on the empty road, but I missed my old Subaru4WD a lot  , what a difference with a FWD ( luckily, no chains were needed)

In the Engadin, it was cold, but no snow so far :bah:
I went for a walk

checking the snow-canons to prepare the slopes
at the moment, it looks like the do the slopes with "machined" snow only, but this layer of snow will only support the nature-snow to last longer (get a thicker snow layer and less stones scratching the skis )

from the valley and during the night

streamlet with ice 8)

new villa overlooking the village

a sunset pic

I saw only 2 cars worth to take picture

HI-RES

Enjoy the pics 8)

Great landscape pics, I like the one with the snow being blown away by the wind, the detailed ice pic, and the sunset one.

But the star of the show definitely is the snow-dirty 993TT. God it looks sexy as hell! (damn, my keyboard is all wet now )

That's not so good for the car
But at least the car isn't a garage queen.

Lovely 993TT - looks damn hot like that! Not sure I'd leave it our there if it was mine but oh well....

My favourite of the scenery pics is the villa overlooking the village - sensational.

Thanks alot stmoritzer.

The black 993 turbo is very badass with these wheels combo. I very like the villa pix it's like a bunker at the top of hill. About the snow-canons, You have nearly three weeks in advance on the preparation of the slopes when I see those slopes in my Province of Québec.

Thanks for those pix stmoritzer.

Awesome landscape pictures!!!

Switzerland must be a very beautiful country 8) It's one of the countries I would like to visit one day. But I wouldn't stay there long because I would miss the sun of Portugal

The upper word is "Salastrains", this is the name of a Hotel/Restaurant.
