Default Jaguar Hatchback???

Right, well there are no links or pics to start with. if that goes against the rules of this topic somehow, then romve this by all means.

however, i have learnt some rather interesting information. Whilst my dad was taking our car in to have a rattle fixed, the guy who dealt with him was the head mechanic there, the top dog of the dealership.

In a nutshell, he let slip that he'd been to one of the major meetings that Jag HQ holds, and they had there a fully assembled, working prottype model of a new Jaguar Hatchback.

The guy didnt give too much away, but he said that it shares the same platform as the new fiesta (obviously the Jag + Ford connection) and would be a similar size to a fiesta.

The model is viable for production, and just needs the nod of the financial big-wigs.

Obviously this isnt exactly an in depth insight, and i couldnt find any info about it on the net to supply possible spy shots etc

If anyone has anymore info on this then please let me know. Also if this has been brought up beforehand in another thread then please tell me to shut the fuck up and ill be quiet!

Just watch this space...

Hmmm, BMW Merc and Audi have larger Hatches than Fiestas....Very strange indeed...and if they do allow it (who knows...jag's bosses seem to be crazy nowadays) it'll be the end of a once very respected luxury car brand...
