you need to do something to that car I've had the pleasure of driving one of the anniversary edition WS6's with SLP Straight pipes and a custom intake. The thing was loud and fast. I love that car.

Exhaust and intake will NOT void your Warranty in the US and if you get it from SLP it doesn't matter what you do since it is a GM company at some dealerships they will install it all before you buy the car and add it to the initial cost of your Lease or Financing.
Although they seem to be working on Mustangs now since the Camaro/Firebird is dead.

You can't do jack to cars in the UK without voiding your warranty...

I've got SLP Springs on it now that you mention it...hence it's a little low

RC45 was advising me on ECU tuning, LS1 edit, and all that - I just need to find a trustworthy upgrader in DFW.

Yeah a guy I work with showed me the SLP website (he's an SS driver and chevy loyalist) and he was like 'WTF, they are doing Mustangs now?'

On the subject of Stangs, I'd have loved a Supercharged Cobra, the 02/03 model, but my budget wouldn't allow it.

well SLP built the SS and Firehawk's at their factory actually so alot of their parts are already SLP, if you look through the site you might notice that they have original stock replacements for them.

One major bit of advice. Dont buy parts from SLightly Price performance.

They over charge and they arent the best parts on the market.

Here's a little picture I took pf what I saw in my rear view mirror a while back.

Hope you enjoy it.. There are few cars on the road that look more sinister than this..

I love the WS6 looks even if it does only add 15 hp. How much did you pay for that baby? I hope in 08 when i graduate they will have brought back the T/A since the Camaro is coming back in 07. A Black WS6 is one of the meanest looking cars in the world. I think if i saw this and a cobra right next to it in my rear view id cry.

I can tell you're from the mainland calling the pug an S16 !!!

Yes I am European (English), I am working in the US for a couple of years at Lockheed. I got the Z3 when I first moved here. The other cars in my sig are the ones I had in the UK.

I think it adds a bit more than 15hp - I drove a 320hp Cobra earlier in the year and my WS6 feels quicker. A lot of them dyno at about 340Crank HP so I am told although I ought to dyno it now or STFU!!! I'll be taking it to a tuner and getting some minor upgrading done in the near future so I'll post pics of the results. I'd like to get another 80 HP or so.

I paid $21500 plus tax in June at a Mercedes dealership of all places, which is a little on the high side I know, but the car is a manual and in a popular colour. Also it only had 20k miles on the odo.

I'd have liked a black one but the only ones I could find were automatics

I got the Z3 first, then I realised how rude I was by not having an American car! (the truth is I grew out of the Z3, and wanted something faster & with a manual gbox)
