Is it simply a matter of what angle they run the suspension travel at? It's usually desirable in road car applications to let the front wheels move not only up, but back to help absorb bumps in the road. The downside is that it creates more dive. Antidive is easy if you don't mind sacrificing ride quality. What kind of solution was proposed?

Hehe, who knew my TA was quicker than a new 5th gen despite having 2.73's?


Of course, Irwindale has a prepared surface and drag strips give you a little bit of rollout, so it's not really a fair comparison.

Basically, a system that mechanically forces the rear suspension to compress as the front also compresses under braking. BMW's have been doing this for eons.
