I could be wrong, but if I remember rightly that was part of the Jeremy Clarkson/BBC series "Motorworld", which aired sometime in the late 90's (97 maybe?). I know a highlight video was released by the BBC but I've no idea if it was rereleased on DVD at all.
An amazing achievement though. I'd love to see a scale Mk.III or Mk.IV GT40, just to hear the scale V8!
