I live in one of the best suburbs/neighbourhoods in Perth, but when you're in an 11-unit apartment building you are bound to have the occasional "bogan".
He is actually a fairly nice guy.....got no real probs with him.
spanky - give me a track (i.e. with corners) and he wouldn't stand a chance.
