I tend to define a ricer as an appearance descriptor. If a stock car has lots of non-performance add-ons, like decals, ridiculously loud mufflers, wings, spoilers, over-sized body kits, weird rims etc. it's a ricer. However, a performance car can be excused for having a large spoiler, for example, mainly because you would assume that it is necessary for road-holding purposes.

The car in question is OK, except for the wing on the back.
