I agree with you that drivers should be alert but pedestrians have to use their brain when they're walking on the street.

Not sure about the laws in the states but here, if you hit someone, you would be facing manslaughter only if you're DUI, overspeed or hit-and-run.

Not to mention there're some people who purpose run in front of a car for insurance fraud. Not only pedestrians, there're people who purposely cause an accident with an old beater and demand monetary settlement for not calling the insurance company.

On a somewhat related note, I think hybrid cars should be banned in the city in its present form cause they're way too quiet and it's hard to tell when there's one coming your way. Especially with all the careless drivers who don't keep an eye on the road in mall parking lots.

Hey - no need to hate.

You are a careless driver and got caught out.

Think of all the times you have driven like a mad fucker and got away with it - all the times you barely paid attention and and almost hit pedestrians. Those were freebies. Yes - I am judging you What of it? It is about time all the careless, brainless, clueless drivers began to pay the price for their bad driving.

Maybe next time you will look twice and perhaps consider that in an urban situation you should EXPECT pedestrians, kids, dogs and bicycles to come from nowhere.

Lifes tuff for idiots - we know this

Oh - and why would you get banned? Just because you have a foul mouth? I doubt it. You are jjustifiably frustrated - afterall you did get caught out as an incompetant driver

MercedeSChink you sound like a reasonable guy, I dont think you were reckless driving. You could be Tiff Neddell and if someone runs infront of you when you can't see them, your gunna hit em. My auntie hit a kid and shes a slow ass driving who travels with care. But some dumb ass kid, who did'nt have the right of way on the road might I add! Ran out of no where.

But calm down dude, if you post these type of things on a public forum, like RC45 said every one has a point of view and they'll say it, and RC45 has a very big point of view, so if he thinks you was at fault for the incident, he gunna tell you, but so what its just one guy. Dont go offending the him and start swearing, nothing good comes from that.

Arr thats me been a christian, I just want peace and harmonie

Dumbasses running in front of cars deserve to get run over. The weak should not survive. You should sue them for causing you emotional trauma.
