Default How Do You Make The Tires Tuck Inside The Fender Nicely?

I like those cars with their wheels are tuck in nicely a little inside the fender. How can you do that? Well, I know that I need to lower the car but I need to know more than that. Won't it rub? Do I need to get a certain offset of the wheels to fit that in? Mess around with the alignment or the camber? Anyone have experience with this? Thanks.
